With over two decades of experience in nursing leadership and clinical administration, Evie brings both expertise and heart to her consulting practice. As a board-certified RN and seasoned Clinical Administrative Nurse Consultant, Evie partners with healthcare organizations to improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and support nursing teams through evidence-based strategies.  

She started her nursing career at the bedside in Cardiology/CICU and Post-Anesthesia Recovery.  Later she joined the HR / Wellness department at Hendrick Medical Center as a nurse navigator. As a Population Health Nurse for Southwest Airlines, Evie led a robust health education initiative—delivering 37 in-person town halls to 2,800 employees and 3,700 virtual sessions in just one year. Over her 6 years at Southwest Airlines, her outreach extended to over 15,000 employees through webinars, newsletters, and internal platforms, significantly boosting health literacy and preventive care utilization.

Evie’s approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by frontline staff and administrators alike.

When she’s not consulting, Evie enjoys spending time with her grandson, reading books, watching sports, and implementing self-care practices.
